State of the accounts, of William Crispin, Esq. late collector of excise, for the city and county of Philadelphia.

From July 1, 1781, to July 1, 1782, as they have been rendered for settlement, in which is exhibited for the information and satisfaction of the public, the amount of the monies received by him, and outstanding, for excise, and fines and forfeitures, within the period aforesaid, which he has accounted for; : together with lists, shewing the constitutent parts thereof, and the individuals from whom the same was due.
