a compilation of cases that exhibit the extent of the power in the federal judiciary to rewiew the acts of executive officers, boards, bureaus and commissions of the United States in proceedings for injunction and mandamus under the law in the District of Columbia, and in proceedings for those remedies under the general jurisdictional acts, in the district courts of the United States in the states that have not been superseded by special statutory remedies.
