Description:
Scarcity of books in this area of study prompted my writing of the book 'Managing Small Scale Indigenous Business' . It is very usual for Nigerians, and, in deed, most Africans to manage their businesses without any form of documentation. This is a second reason why I needed to bridge this gap. Moreover, most entrepreneurs think that adequate planning is not necessary in running their businesses. These are facts which have been corrected and made relevant in this book. Management functions of planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling are adequately treated in the book, apart from other interesting elements of business management functions that concerns the indigenous business enterpriser.
