Chapter six discusses collective bargaining, distributive bargaining and stability of workers' organizations. Chapter seven talks of strikes, other kinds of industrial conflicts, conciliation and arbitration, while chapter eight discusses substantive rules, procedural rules, employment and administrative rules and labor relations theories. Chapter nine treats issues in trade disputes, and styles of collecdtive bargaining. The book, is, therefore, unique, in itself.
