Waste management of agricultural use This book contains lectures given in the course of waste management expert of agricultural and livestock generated on farms and in agricultural processing industries, organized, from the academic year 2005-2006, the Institute of Biodiversity and Rural Development, University of Santiago de Compostela, in the graduate program. It has been structured so as to have different articles primarily associated with major environmental implications of organic fertilization (climate change, eutrophication, pollution by metals) to continue with different experiences on the use of organic materials originating from different farms and agribusiness. Finally, a section is devoted to the art of composting as versatile process for the recovery of certain waste products.
