Description:

A murder mystery that involves a dysfunctional farmers market in a little town called Gravywurst. Vendors are bullied into submission and market visitors are deceived. Two aging sleuths conduct the investigation. This tale of small town crime humorously unfolds in the context of a food-political struggle--local farmers against agribusiness. A funny book, yes. But the directors of the Gravenhurst Farmers Market, in Gravenhurst, Ontario, were not amused; in fact, they expelled the author, revoking his vendor status forever.
