Conflict Prevention

Description:

Offering a new perspective on conflict prevention, this work argues that preventive action should incorporate the business sector. The qualities that the business sector could bring to the prevention of deadly intrastate conflict are examined, and the authors propose specific ways in which businesses might be engaged in prevention efforts, especially when shown that these efforts are in their own best interests.
