during the absence of her said husband in North America and the West-Indies, upon His Majesty's duty : being the particulars of an adulterous intercouse [sic] for the space of several years, in which the amorous parties shewed as little attention to decency as to fidelity : this cause was tried a few days ago in the Consistorial Episcopal Court at Doctor's Commons.
