Description:
The first part of each volume is a survey of the history of the Native Land Court and related bodies. The second part is comprised of a sample of fully annotated cases, each with an introductory essay explaining the context of the decision. The aspiration has been to include all of the most important decisions, and also a full range of illustrative cases which will allow the court's work to be fully assessed. This work also focuses on the court's sister institution--the Compensation Court.
