Sheltie and the snow pony

Description:

The last thing that Emma and Sheltie expect to find during their ride on the snowy fields is a very thin pony, tethered and left to fend for himself. All alone in the cold weather, the pony is suffereing badly. It's up to Emma and Sheltie to rescue him, but will they get there in time?
