The Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) provides incentives and support to smaller, high-hazard employers that work with their employees to develop, implement and continuously improve the effectiveness of their workplace safety and health programs. SHARP is a program of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) consultative services program operated through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
