formerly one of the proprietors of the iron works[,] pot-ash manufactory, &c. established, and successfully carried on under his direction in the provinces of New York, and New Jersey, in North America, 'till November 1766. In which the conduct of the trustees of that undertaking, in the dismission of the said Peter Hasenclever, and their unprecedented proceedings against him in America, and in the Court of Chancery, since his return to England, are exposed. This case is humbly submitted to the consideration of the King, and both houses of Parliament, to whom the much-injured complainant looks up for redress
