The operation of the cruel and iniquitous Boston-port-bill, that instrument of ministerial vengeance, having reduced our once happy capital ... It is therefore resolved, that it be recommended to our constituents the inhabitants of the other towns ... that they farther contribute liberally to alleviate the burden ..
