Este trabajo documenta la migración masiva, año tras año, de trabajadores guatemaltecos, también indígenas Mayas, a las fincas cafetaleras en la zona conocida como El Soconusco. Es una historia de explotación y de condiciones semifeudales. Por las carencias, el olvido, y el cúmulo de malos tratos, se han levantado en armas formando el EZLN, Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional. This documentary covers the massive migration, year after year, of workers from Guatemala, also Mayan indians, to the coffee plantations in the region known as El Soconusco. It's a history of exploitation and of semi feudal conditions. Due to the scarcities, the abandonement, and the accumulation of bad treatment, they have risen in arms and formed the EZLN, the Zapatista Army of National Liberation.
