Exhibition of 112 works, between classical sculptures from the 4th to 3rd centuries AD, and 18th-century neoclassicals, paintings and decorative arts from the holdings of the city of Liverpool's national museums: World Museum, Walker Art Gallery and Lady Lever Art Gallery, as well as Castle Howard and the British Museum. The collection is considered one of the best collections of Greco-Roman sculpture existing outside Italy. The pieces "came to México as proof of reciprocity for the presentation in World Museum in Liverpool of the exhibition "Mayas: revelation of an endless time" as part of the Mexico-UK Dual Year collaborations(2015)."
