Description:

In older times, Stockholm and the whole of Sweden's economic and administrative center was located at Stadsholmen, the current Old Town. When the railway was expanded after the mid-19th century, many functions moved to more central and spacious locations in the lower Norrmalm, which today is called the City. Since then expectations of economic return and the pursuit of modernity have been the background to often risky property investments
