Kate Kitchens writes about the importance of queer communities, the various kinds of support and care that they offer, and how librarians can support LGBTQ people. The mostly handwritten zine includes photographs and clip art, helping the text address issues of homophobia, violence, and microaggressions. The zine accompanied a "Moving Beyond Queer Acceptance" presentation at an Iowa Library Association conference and includes follow up questions and notes sheet for readers.
