Collection comprises personal memoirs, biographical information, literary manuscripts, correspondence, and a map relating to American Presbyterian missionary Elizabeth Curtis Wright and her work as a teacher in China, Korea, and the United States, from 1919 to 1973. Collection includes Wright's memoirs, published in 1973. Manuscripts include drafts of a work titled History of the missionary church in China, one of which is written on the backs of memorials to foreign missionary women and newsletters recounting church activities. Other manuscripts include Notes on Sara Perkins, a work on the imprisonment of Sara Perkins by the communist government of China, as well as a short story titled Chang su Hsien's winter vacation. The map is a commentary on welfare in Beijing titled Welfare map of Peiping.
