Description:

Texas doctor Matthew Barnes has dreamed of buying the Victorian home that houses his medical office - a building he rents from a certain Miss Abigail Ryan. But when she unexpectedly arrives from New Orleans set on evicting him, Matthew finds himself strongly attracted to his beautiful landlord.
