Description:
Antonia Rodriguez with two years of primary education is today the Bolivian Minister for Industrial Development. She started as a knitting instructor in a local NGO. One morning some 15 years ago, she awoke with this concept: “I am preserving poverty with my classes” she came to the NGO’s office and asked her boss to exchange her salary for access to the Fax machine. Making the story short, she created a social business that exports millions of dollars with total control by her former students, housewives in a patriarchal society. She developed one of the few formulas to really OVERCOME POVERTY!!!
