It is a surgery book written by a specialist in that area, i. e. by Oreste Alexiu a former chief surgeon of the well known Gerota Hospital located in Bucharest Romania. The above method has been used before the introduction in the clinical usage of the so called " Protons blocking drugs", which changed the purpose of the above surgical method, which can be now applied only in case of urgency.
