Description:
Set in WWI, England. Members/staff of the household dash into the cellar during an air-raid. Lord Kidderminster, owner of the house and Air-raid Warden, takes control to keep all safe but in reality he is trying to hid his hoards from the eyes of those taking shelter. The parody has slapstick comedy as mice, humans, and food cans vie for room in the cellar while ducking the bombs showering down. Funny, entertaining, well written. Strong character development. Play is 25 minutes, 24 pages long.
