Originally published in 1936 at Gerona, Tarlac by Jose P. Santos, son of the renowned bibliophile and Philippine Studies scholar, Epifanio de los Santos. It was reprinted in 2000 as the Center for Bulacan Studies of Bulacan State University's tribute to the centenary of the Asia's first democratic constitutional republic inaugurated in Barasoain Church at Malolos, Bulacan on January 23, 1899. Publication grant was given to the Center by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts.
