that is to say, an act to organize the Militia of the state of New-York. : Enacted into a law, by the people of the state of New-York, represented in Senate and Assembly, the ninth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety-three--and in the seventeenth year of the independence of the United States of America: : also, two other acts to amend the said law. : To which are added, three laws of the United States, passed in the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety five, respecting the pay of the Miliita, and calling them into actual service. : And the regulations of the commander in chief in ranking and sizing a company, and in receiving and returning the standard of a regiment.
