This is a compilation of short stories and poems on Filipinos living and working abroad written by the author during and after her stay in the United Kingdom as a student. The stories are real, but the names of people and places have been changed. The stories talk about the joys, pains, loneliness, personal triumphs and frustrations of migrant workers.
