A Living Mascot

Description:

Adjacent an elementary school in North Charleston, SC a pair of bald eagles raise their eaglets undisturbed by humans. Leaving a historic plantation they epitomize what faculty and staff are hoping to instill in this group of 800 elementary school age students. As the founding fathers of Middleton Place, the bald eagle represents liberty, freedom, and the right to pursue one's happiness.
